We are not the Midline sales office.
Who we are, and who we are not
If you are looking for Midline's own sales team, this is not them, and we will point you to them. RESC Realty Group represents buyers at Midline — which is a different job, done for a different person.
No obligation, and no pressure to commit to anything on a first conversation.
RESC Realty Group is not the Midline sales office. We are not Brookfield Residential, we are not CDC Houston, and we are not employed by, appointed by or affiliated with the developers of Midline.
RESC Realty Group is an independent residential real estate team — Carolyn Lentini and Robert Aguilar, Realtors licensed with JLA Realty in Friendswood, Texas. We are registered as cooperating agents with the builders at Midline, which means we represent buyers there. Midline is a trademark of its developers, and we reference it to describe a community we represent buyers in.
Three different parties, three different jobs
Brookfield Residential and CDC Houston
Developers of Midline
They master-planned the community, and Brookfield is also one of the four builders inside it. Midline is their project and their trademark.
The on-site sales consultants
Employed by the builders
Each model home has its own sales team, and each of those teams represents the builder that pays them. They are typically knowledgeable and straightforward about that.
RESC Realty Group
Independent buyer representation
Carolyn Lentini and Robert Aguilar, Realtors licensed with JLA Realty in Friendswood. Registered as cooperating agents with the builders at Midline, and working for the buyer rather than for any builder.
Midline is the community, not the builder. Four independent builders build inside it — Brookfield Residential, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Toll Brothers — each with its own plans, standard features and pricing. We work with all four, and we do not rank them: which one suits you depends on your budget, your plan and your timing, and that is a conversation rather than a verdict.
So what do we actually do at Midline?
We represent the buyer. That means walking all four builders with you rather than one, reading the builder's contract and upgrade pricing on your side of the table, and checking the things that change what you pay every month — MUD taxes, flood zone designation, HOA dues — before you are committed to a home rather than after.
In most new construction transactions the builder pays the cooperating agent's commission, so having your own representation commonly costs you nothing additional. Builder programs generally expect your agent to register you or to be with you on your first visit, and the exact terms differ between builders — so it is worth one conversation before you tour rather than a difficult one afterwards.
Looking for Midline's own sales team?
They are at the Midline Welcome Center, 18118 Midline Landing Trail, Webster, TX 77598, and the community's own site is midlinetx.com. If you would rather work with them directly, that is a completely reasonable choice and we would still suggest you understand who represents whom before you sign anything. If you would like someone representing you in that transaction, that is what we do — and it is easier to arrange before your first visit than after it.
