How community representation works and what to check before you visit.
Why should I contact you before visiting a community?
Builder cooperation programs generally require your agent to register or accompany you on your first visit, and that usually cannot be applied afterwards. One message before you go protects your representation, and it costs you nothing.
Do you only work with one builder?
No. In a community with several builders we work across all of them, so you can compare plans, standard features and lot fit without changing agents. The agents in each model home represent that builder.
Are you the sales office for these communities?
No. RESC Realty Group is an independent real estate team brokered by JLA Realty. We represent buyers, and we are registered as cooperating agents with the builders in the communities we cover.
