RESC Realty Group wants every person to be able to use this site, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, enlarge the text, or rely on captions. This page explains what we aim for, where we currently stand, what we know is imperfect, and how to reach a person if something here gets in your way.
What we aim for
We build and maintain this site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States. That covers things like readable colour contrast, text that resizes without breaking the layout, meaningful alternative text on images, headings in a sensible order, and every interactive control being reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
Where we currently stand
We test this site with an automated accessibility audit across every page. At our most recent check, on 09-17-2026, it reported no accessibility failures on any page. We are telling you what we measured, not making a legal claim. Automated testing catches a great deal and misses real things that only a person using assistive technology will notice, so please treat the paragraph below as the more important one.
What we know is imperfect
Two parts of this site are not fully within our control, and we would rather name them than let you discover them. Embedded third-party content — property search tools, maps and video players supplied by other companies — is built by those companies, and its accessibility is theirs rather than ours. PDF documents, including the TREC forms we are required to publish, are produced by the Texas Real Estate Commission in their own format; if you need the content of any document on this site in a different format, ask us and we will provide it another way.

This is the part of the page that actually matters. If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us and we will help you directly — we will give you the information you were looking for by whatever means works for you, and we will fix the page. Please tell us the page you were on and what happened; you do not need to know why it went wrong or use any particular words for it.

Nothing on this website is the only way to reach us. Every service we offer can be arranged by phone or in person, and no part of working with RESC Realty Group requires you to use this site at all.
